Unfortunately the man taking this photo didn't survive.  The FBI found his body clutching tightly to his blood spattered  camera.  However, they were able to obtain the photos from it. 

If looks could kill, this man would have the art down to a tee!  He is a cold blooded ruthless murderer but can often be found sitting outside a "café" sipping on a cup of joe, with his Desert Eagle in his lap.

This man is extremely dangerous do not try and apprehend him.
