They don't call him "OMEGAOUTLAW" for nothing!     This is one of the toughest guys around.  He would sooner shoot you in the back of the head than to look at you.

He has withstood several hurricanes and came out with only a few scratches.  One time a hurricane touched down just inches from his precious car.  He jumped out and filled that thing full of lead and it turned right back out to sea!  

Do not try and apprehend this man alone!  If you see him or have any information about him call your local authorities.
