Stormin Normin is an excellent marksman.  The United Outlaws didn't go wrong with acquiring this man.  He is no stranger to a gun.  This is the last known photo of him with his beloved AR-15. 

Stormin Normin can be found with his comrade in arms Hogfan.  When these two get together there is no stopping the total chaos and destruction they can cause.
